He can feel it! Stephen Curry was flying high after taking home the NBA championship with his Golden State Warriors teammates on Tuesday, June 16, and he celebrated this week with a little Phil Collins.
Curry, 27, was captured in his wife Ayesha Curry‘s Instagram video on Thursday, June 18, jamming in his car to the British crooner. Dressed down in a pair of sunglasses and a hooded sweatshirt, the victorious NBA star gets way, way too into Collins’ 1981 hit, “In the Air Tonight.”
The father to 2-year-old Internet sensation Riley Curry breaks it down to the beat, singing along to Collins’ lyrics, “I can feel it coming in the air tonight, oh Lord / And I’ve been waiting for this moment for all my life, Oh Lord / Can you feel it coming in the air tonight, oh Lord, oh Lord.”
Curry then takes it even further, clapping along during the instrumental break and playing air drums as the melody builds. The athlete’s wife, who is expecting the couple’s second child in the next couple of weeks, finally turns the camera on herself, giving a grimace inspired by her husband’s hilarious actions.
“Can YOU feel it?! #myman… Don’t mind my almost 9 months pregnant face… Just take this video in.”
