Wynonna Judd's love for Michael Scott "Cactus" Moser will always come first.
The country music legend, 48, has postponed her scheduled concerts in Canada next week due to a serious motorcycle accident involving her husband, 55, Judd's rep tells Us Weekly in a statement. (Moser is also part of Judd's band, The Big Noise.)
The newlyweds were riding separate motorcycles in Deadwood, South Dakota, on August 18. Moser collided with an oncoming vehicle and was transported to a local hospital, where he is being treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries. Judd was not involved in the accident.
"The outpouring of prayer and support from friends, family and fans has been a blessing to both Cactus and I. Cactus is a champion," Judd tells Us in a statement. "I love him deeply and I will not leave his side."
The pair swapped vows June 10 on Judd's farm in Leiper's Fork, Tennessee. For her third trip down the aisle, a barefoot Judd wore a Barahimi dress. The singer's famous sister, Ashley Judd, and musician mother, Naomi Judd, did not attend the ceremony.
Judd and Moser began dating in 2009. The redheaded musician divorced her second husband, D.R. Roach, after four years in 2007, and split from businessman Arch Kelly III — with whom she has two children, Grace, 16, and Elijah, 17 — in 1998.
