These two! Lauren Graham and Scott Patterson made sure to take a selfie together before walking off the Gilmore Girls set on Wednesday, May 11.
“That’s a wrap! Just hand @thelaurengraham the Emmy now!” Patterson captioned a Twitter photo of the costars on Wednesday. “#GilmoreGirls #Netflix #WarnerBrosTV #whatagreatride!”
Graham, 49, and Patterson, 57, have been busy working on the Netflix revival since January. Last month, Netflix released a photo of their characters, Lorelai Gilmore and Luke Danes, holding hands.
Back in January, Graham opened up in an interview with TVLine about reuniting with her TV daughter Alexis Bledel (Rory Gilmore). “Alexis and I walked onto the set together and — I feel super emotional about a lot of it, and I’m afraid I’m going to start crying at every turn — but walking onto that set really felt like something. It felt like a lot of time had passed, and it felt like we were just there. It felt amazing,” she said.
“Amy [Sherman-Palladino] sent me the scripts, and I gobbled them right up,” she added. “It’s all the positive aspects of running into someone you used to go out with, with none of the downside. It’s like, ‘Hey, old friend! I’m happy to see you.'”
A premiere date for the revival has yet to be announced.
