Announcing the All American Creator 2nd Team — Celebrating Exceptional Female Collegiate Athletes

Some like to say women’s sports are having a moment, but that’s not true — moments fade. Women’s sports are here to stay, and the level of on-field performance has never been higher.

It starts at the college level, with women from basketball to gymnastics and everything in between gracing magazine covers, repping brands in the new Name, Image and Likeness space, and seeping into the national consciousness like never before.

Just as importantly, these athletes have used their platform to advocate for causes that matter to them. That includes increasing visibility and access for women in athletics, but also giving back to their home communities and raising money for charity.

For all athletes, men and women, sports are a window in — it’s how people they’ve never met come to know them. What the athlete does from there is entirely on them.

Us Weekly, PlayBooked and Brand Innovators aims to recognize the outstanding achievements of female college athletes who have not only demonstrated remarkable prowess in their respective sports but have also leveraged their platforms to engage with brands and build substantial social media followings.
