
Veep
Veep is an HBO political comedy series that aired for seven seasons from 2012 to 2019. The show stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Selina Meyer, a former senator turned vice president who eventually runs her own campaign for the presidency.
Other characters include Amy Brookheimer (Anna Chlumsky), Gary Walsh (Tony Hale), Dan Egan (Reid Scott), Jonah Ryan (Timothy Simons), Mike McLintock (Matt Walsh), Sue Wilson (Sufe Bradshaw) and Catherine Meyer (Sarah Sutherland).
Veep earned 17 Emmy Awards before its series finale, winning Outstanding Comedy Series in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Dreyfus earned five consecutive Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series from 2012 to 2017.
