With Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West fast approaching—and speculation on what her wedding dress will look like at an all-time high—designer Vera Wang is weighing in.
"I think it will be a momentous fashion statement," Wang, who created three wedding dresses for Kardashian's extravagant nuptials to Kris Humphries in 2011, told Us Weekly at the MoMA Party in the Garden in New York City on May 13.
In fact, Kardashian has already earned Wang's approval for one wedding look this year. "I loved the cover. I thought it was beautiful," she told Us of the Lanvin gown that Kardashian wore on the cover of Vogue. "I think it was a more minimalist Kim."

While Wang didn't offer any specific style predictions for Kardashian's May 24 wedding in Paris, she did offer advice to Kardashian—and brides everywhere.
"I think that for a bride it's about how you feel most confident and that's the most important thing," Wang told Us. "I'd like to see Kim wear whatever really, really makes her happy."
