Miranda Kerr is pretty in prints! The chic, stylish wife of Orlando Bloom is always on-trend with her playful yet feminine wardrobe, and as summer transitions into fall, her looks are no exception. Whether she’s running errands with son Flynn, 2, or working worldwide, Kerr, 30, loves to dress up — or down — with patterns.
“For me it’s all about keeping things simple and feeling comfortable in what I am wearing,” Kerr tells Harper’s Bazaar of her look, which she characterizes as ‘classic and chic.’ “I prefer investing in classic, well-tailored pieces.”
Some of those recent pieces include items from designers including Equipment, Wes Gordon, and one of the model’s favorite lines, Topshop. She’s also sported pieces from Isabel Marant, whose pieces have been worn on the likes of Zoe Saldana, Jessica Alba and Heidi Klum.
“I look for something that I haven’t worn before . . . which sometimes can be hard,” she has admitted. “I look for something that is flattering because every woman’s shape is different.”
Though Kerr is no longer working the Victoria’s Secret runways after parting ways with the lingerie brand in April 2013, Kerr’s style is still winning raves from celebrity fashionistas, including Fashion Star host Louise Roe. “I love Miranda’s daytime style the most. She just throws stuff together, like prints,” raves Roe.
At the 2013 Met Gala, Gwyneth Paltrow was also swept away by Kerr’s stunning style. “Is it weird to be that pretty?” Paltrow is said to have asked the model at the New York City event. Kerr’s reported answer? “No.”
