Jessica Alba

After signing up for acting classes at age 12, Jessica Alba booked a series of small roles throughout her teens and quickly gained worldwide recognition playing Max Guevara on James Cameron’s Fox series Dark Angel from 2000 to 2002.

Alba later starred in Honey (2003), Sin City (2005), Fantastic Four (2005), Into the Blue (2005), Good Luck Chuck (2007) and Valentine’s Day (2010), establishing herself as a leading lady in both action and comedy films.

Alba was engaged to her Dark Angel costar Michael Weatherly from 2000 to 2003. She moved on with producer Cash Warren, whom she met while filming Fantastic Four in 2004. The pair dated on and off until they tied the knot in May 2008, five months after the couple got engaged. Alba gave birth to the couple’s first daughter, Honor Marie, in June 2008. The pair’s second child, Haven Garner, was born in August 2011 and their third, son Hayes Alba, was born in December 2017. Alba announced in January 2025 that she and Warren had separated.

In 2011, Alba founded The Honest Company, which sells clean, cruelty-free consumer goods, from baby to beauty products. She stepped down as Chief Creative Officer in 2024 but remained on the board of directors.
