A judge has ordered Morena Baccarin to pay her estranged husband, film director Austin Chick, nearly $23,000 a month in child and spousal support, TMZ reports.
The Homeland alum, 36, filed for divorce from Chick, 44, in June after four years of marriage; they are parents of a 2-year-old son, Julius. According to TMZ, Baccarin will hand over $2,693 for child support and $20,249 for spousal support every month.
The exes have been in a heated battle since it was revealed that Baccarin is expecting a child with her Gotham costar, Ben McKenzie. As previously reported, Chick alleged that he and Baccarin were still in a relationship when she got together with the O.C. alum, 37.
In addition, Chick has reportedly changed his mind about co-parenting since learning that the co-stars are in a relationship. (Baccarin films Gotham in NYC while Chick lives in L.A.)
Baccarin, meanwhile, appears to be focused on the future. Legal documents revealed in September that Baccarin plans to marry McKenzie. Earlier this month, the pair made their first red carpet debut as a couple at Sierra Club’s “Act in Paris, a Night of Comedy and Climate Action” event in NYC.
