Leah McSweeney

Leah McSweeney is a fashion designer, entrepreneur and television personality best known for appearing on The Real Housewives of New York City. McSweeney was raised in Manhattan and attended Catholic school before being expelled. Her family later moved to Newtown, Connecticut.

McSweeney launched her streetwear brand, Married to the Mob, in 2004, gaining recognition in the fashion industry for catering to women in the male-dominated streetwear space. She made her television debut in 2010 on The Millionaire Matchmaker but rose to fame in 2020 when she joined the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City for season 12. She remained with the show until 2021.

In addition to RHONY, McSweeney appeared on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in 2022. She has contributed to Hypebeast, Paper and Penthouse and has hosted the podcast Improper Etiquette. In 2022, she published her memoir, Chaos Theory: Finding Meaning in the Madness, One Bad Decision at a Time.

McSweeney has a daughter, Kier Marie (born in 2007), with ex-boyfriend Rob Cristofaro. The pair went their separate ways in 2008.
