The MPAA would like Eva Green to cover up some of her sin, thank you very much! The Motion Picture Association of America has banned the French actress' Sin City: A Dame to Kill For poster due to its sexually suggestive nature.
In the poster, Green, 33, is clad in a sheer white robe that shows off her silhouette, leaving little to the imagination. The poster was banned, "for nudity—curve of under breast and dark nipple areola circle visible through sheer gown," according to the censor board.
The Penny Dreadful star is one of many big names in the sequel to the cult classic 2005 Sin City film. Others appearing in Frank Miller's sequel include Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Alexa Vega, Jessica Alba, Bruce Willis, Rosario Dawson, Josh Brolin, Mickey Rourke, Jamie Chung, Christopher Lloyd, Jeremy Piven, and Lady Gaga.
Sin City: A Dame to Kill For hits theaters on August 22. Tell Us: Do you think this poster should be banned?
