Adrienne Bailon is a singer, actress and television host best known for being a member of the girl groups 3LW and The Cheetah Girls and as a cohost on The Real. Bailon was raised in New York City and attended the High School for Health Professions and Human Services, originally planning to pursue a career in healthcare before being discovered for her musical talent.

After being discovered by singer Ricky Martin, Bailon rose to fame in 1999 when she became a member of the girl group 3LW. The group released their debut album in 2000 featuring the hit single “No More (Baby I’ma Do Right).” She gained further popularity starring as Chanel in Disney Channel’s The Cheetah Girls franchise, releasing soundtracks and touring as part of the group from 2002 to 2008.

After The Cheetah Girls disbanded, Bailon pursued solo music and acting. She appeared in Coach Carter (2005) and on That’s So Raven and Empire Girls: Julissa and Adrienne. From 2013 to 2022, she was a cohost on The Real, a role that earned her a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Host in 2018. She later cohosted E! News from 2022 to 2023.

Bailon dated Rob Kardashian from 2007 to 2009. She was briefly engaged to music exec Lenny Santiago before calling it quits in 2015. The following year, she married gospel singer and producer Israel Houghton in Paris. The couple welcomed their first child, son Ever James, via surrogate in 2022.
