Chiara Ferragni

Chiara Ferragni is an Italian entrepreneur, fashion blogger and social media influencer known for building one of the most influential digital fashion brands in the world. Ferragni was born in Cremona, Italy, as the oldest of three daughters. Ferragni studied law at Bocconi University in Milan, but she left before completing her degree to focus on her growing personal brand.

Ferragni began her rise to fame in 2009 when she launched her fashion blog, The Blonde Salad, with then-boyfriend Riccardo Pozzoli. Her site quickly gained global traction and led to modeling jobs, brand collaborations and a rapidly-growing social media following. In 2013, she built a fashion and shoe brand centered around her name and aesthetic.

After founding the Chiara Ferragni Collection, Ferragni went on to collaborate with Steve Madden on a capsule shoe line and later opened a flagship store in Milan. She has also appeared as a guest judge on Project Runway and served on the board of directors at Tod’s Group from 2021 to 2024.

In 2025, Ferragni was indicted on charges of fraud after pandorogate, a scandal in which she was alleged to have pocketed funds raised for charity. She denied the allegations.

Ferragni married Italian rapper Fedez in 2018, and the pair welcomed their son Leone that same year. They later welcomed daughter Vittoria in 2021 before splitting in 2024.
