She married Prince Egon von Furstenberg in 1969 and retained his surname after their divorce in 1983. They had two children: Alex von Furstenberg (born in 1970) and Tatiana von Furstenberg (born in 1971). In 2001, she married media executive Barry Diller, chairman of IAC. Diller later came out as gay in 2025.
