Patti Stanger

Patti Stanger was born and raised in Short Hills, New Jersey before kicking off her prolific matchmaking career. While she’s known for starring on the longtime Bravo series The Millionaire Matchmaker, which premiered in 2008, Stanger actually started her matchmaking business years prior.

She founded the Millionaire’s Club International in January 2000, after working as the Director of Marketing for Great Expectations. Prior to becoming a founder and CEO, Stanger also worked in the fashion industry for giants such as Unionbay Sportswear, JouJou Jeans and Saks Fifth Avenue.

When the Millionaire Matchmaker series premiered on Bravo in January 2008, Stanger was named as the star and producer. After eight seasons on the network, the show came to an end in March 2015. She’s also hosted the P.S. I Love You radio show since 2009 and released the book Become Your Own Matchmaker: 8 Easy Steps for Attracting Your Perfect Mate that same year.

As for her own love life, Stanger was in a relationship with Andy Friedman from 2003 to 2010. Following their split, she moved on with David Krause in 2012. They were together for three years before calling it quits in 2015.
