Sean Lowe
About
Bachelor Nation met Sean Lowe when he appeared on Emily Maynard’s season 8 of The Bachelorette in 2012. Maynard ultimately accepted a proposal from Jef Holm, but the pair split in 2012. Lowe became the lead of The Bachelor season 17 in 2013, where he ultimately ended the show engaged to Catherine Giudici. The pair tied the knot in 2014 in a live ceremony performed by Lowe’s dad at the Four Seasons Resort Biltmore in Santa Barbara.
Lowe and Giudici welcomed their first child, son Samuel, in July 2016. The pair added son Isaiah to their family in May 2018 and daughter Mia was born in December 2019.
After his stint on The Bachelor, Lowe was a contestant on season 16 of Dancing With the Stars in 2013 where he was partnered with Peta Murgatroyd. Lowe has since appeared with Giudici on Celebrity Family Feud in 2015, Celebrity Wife Swap in 2015 with former Bachelor Jason Mesnick and wife Molly Malaney, Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars 4 in 2015 and Who Wants to Be A Millionaire?: Bachelor Fan Favorites in 2015.
