Tammy Slaton

Tammy Slaton is a reality TV personality best known for starring on TLC’s 1000-Lb. Sisters. Tammy was raised in Kentucky by her grandmother alongside her sister Amy Slaton, who costars on the show. She struggled with obesity from a young age and faced multiple health issues, including hospitalizations, a tracheotomy and a medically-induced coma.

The reality TV star made her onscreen debut on 1000-Lb. Sisters in 2020. The show follows Tammy and Amy’s weight loss journeys, family life and medical challenges. Tammy entered a rehab facility in 2022 for food addiction and later underwent bariatric surgery. Her recovery and progress were documented on the show.

During her time at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center, Tammy met Caleb Willingham. The couple tied the knot in November 2022 in a small ceremony at the facility. It was later revealed that the pair separated shortly before Willingham’s death in June 2023. In April 2025, Tammy revealed she had moved on with Andrea Dalton. Tammy shared that she and Dalton were engaged two months later.
