The big game is the most-watched night of television in the U.S. (115 million people tuned in last year), so advertisers pay the big bucks for A-list talent. Companies also drop a pretty penny to air an ad with CBS, selling 30-second ads for as much as $7 million this year, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The hefty price tag didn’t slow down buying with a Paramount spokesperson revealing they were “virtually sold out” earlier than expected in November 2023.

Beyonce
The singer was on a mission to "break the internet" in her Verizon commercial with Tony Hale. After some failed attempts, she finally said, “OK, they ready, drop the new music.” Two songs from Renaissance Act II were released during the Super Bowl.
"At my age, it's a stretch finding a directorial debut. When Squarespace first approached me to create a spot, I thought this was my shot," he said in a press release. "Let's go big, let's do something out of this world – space guys building a website. I'm a New Yorker. We're busy, always on the move. Would we even notice extraterrestrials living among us? It's going to launch on this show called Super Bowl? Supposed to be big!"

The Argo actor teamed up with Dunkin’ for their 2024 Super Bowl ad. In the clip, which Jennifer Lopez shared via Instagram on February 8, Affleck is seen watching a fake news report where commentators call him out for having a “bored” face at the 2023 Grammy Awards.
“No. Steady. Always watching,” Affleck says in a Batman-esque voice before plotting out a plan to become a pop star. He then calls up a music producer to say he has some “beats” and a “persona like J. Lo — or B. Lo.”
TikTok sensation Charli D’Amelio makes an appearance, and Affleck proceeds to ask her for advice on how to dance before asking, “Who is TikTok?”
At the end of the commercial, Affleck is seen once again sitting on his couch in front of the TV.
“They told you you’re no good,” he says. “You’re a goofy, middle-aged, clumsy white guy with no rhythm, and you can’t sing on key. You’re not coordinated. That means I can’t be a pop star? Mmm. Underestimate Boston. Mmm. At your peril.”
Affleck then puts a giant donut around his neck and shares, “This is me now,” in reference to his wife’s upcoming album and film, which will debut on February 16.
In the full Super Bowl spot, Affleck hilariously tried to put together a music group called the DunKings for his wife's new album, and it doesn't exactly work out. He consoles himself by sharing that he has his own drink on the Dunkin' menu.
