Scandal focuses on Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington), a former White House staffer who started her own crisis management firm after helping to get President Fitzgerald Grant III (Tony Goldwyn) elected. While continuing her work in Washington, D.C., Olivia’s dark secrets begin to unfold — including her shocking history with the president.

The Shonda Rhimes-created series also follows Abby Whelan (Darby Stanchfield), Quinn Perkins (Katie Lowes), Huck (Guillermo Diaz), Cyrus Beene (Jeff Perry), David Rosen (Joshua Malina), Mellie Grant (Bellamy Young), Jake Ballard (Scott Foley), Marcus Walker (Cornelius Smith Jr.), Eli Pop (Joe Morton) and Charlie (George Newbern).

Scandal aired on ABC for seven seasons and concluded in 2018. It was named the TV Program of the Year by the American Film Institute and received a Peabody Award.
