Scott Foley

Scott Foley is an actor best known for his roles on Felicity and Scandal. Foley grew up as the oldest of three boys, and spent much of his childhood moving around with his family as his father was an international banker. He graduated high school in Missouri and forewent college applications, instead diving headfirst into the professional world.

Foley’s first onscreen role was on the 1995 dramedy Sweet Valley High. He went on to make appearances on Dawson’s Creek and Forever Love before landing his breakout role as Noel Crane on the TV drama Felicity. He’s landed multiple recurring TV roles, most notably on the shows Scrubs, The Unit and Grey’s Anatomy. Audiences nationwide have favored his performance as Jake Ballard in the political drama Scandal, where he remained a cast member from 2013 to 2018. Foley also starred in the 2000 slasher Scream 3, and it was announced in January 2025 that he is set to reprise his role as Roman Bridger in Scream 7.

In October 2009, Foley married Felicity costar Jennifer Garner, and the pair split in 2003. In 2007, he wed Polish actress Marika Dominczyk, and the pair share three children: Malina (born in 2009), Keller (born in 2012), and Konrad (born in 2014).
