There was definitely a lot of look at the 2014 AMAs!
Music’s biggest acts—from Taylor Swift to One Direction—showed up at the 2014 American Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, Nov. 23. And naturally, the stars stepped out in their best—and wildest—outfits for the occasion.

From Jennifer Lopez‘s ab-baring nude dress to Ansel Elgort‘s holiday-minded ensemble, see our picks for the best and riskiest looks of the night!
BEST: Jennifer Lopez
The pop queen, 45, who performed her latest hit, “Booty,” during the awards, flaunted her insane abs on the red carpet in a sexy Reem Acra crisscross halter dress, sweetened by its blush shade. Sparkling heels and a metallic clutch completed her winning ensemble.
BEST: Rita Ora
She told Giuliana Rancic that her dress was a last-minute choice, but there was nothing haphazard about Ora’s, 23, stunning lemon dress! Her sunshiny confection came courtesy of Zac Posen, and she teamed the dress with a shiny clutch.
BEST: Fergie
Work that leg, girl! Fergie, 39, modeled her gorgeous gams in a Halston Heritage dress, complete with a thigh-high slit. A gold belt cinched her waist, while a modern take on the gladiator sandal finished the look.
RISKIEST: Bleona
Whoa, lady! The Albanian pop singer and Bravo star, 29, channeled Rose McGowan’s infamous 1998 VMAs dress in her own see-through number. Only pasties and a white thong kept her from appearing completely nude!
RISKIEST: Frankie J.
No shirt, no problem! Ariana Grande‘s brother, 31, co-hosted the Coca-Cola red carpet—and supported his sister—in pink pants and a painted-on shirt. Nope, not tight—actually painted onto his body, with a painted bow tie, too.
RISKIEST: Ansel Elgort
Thanksgiving came early for the Fault in Our Stars star, thanks to his throwback (way back) military jacket and printed pants pairing by Kent and Curwen. “It’s sort of colonial—I feel like I’m in an old colony in America!” Elgort, 20, told Rancic.
