Fergie

California girl Stacy Ferguson was born in 1975 and started off as a child star appearing in Disney’s Kids Incorporated.

Through a chance encounter, she became the fourth member of the Black Eyed Peas, providing a female singer to the trio of pop-rappers. An early Peas’ single, “Hey Mama,” cemented Fergie’s name in the music industry. The talent’s solo album, The Duchess, released in 2006, topped the charts.

Although she once battled a drug addiction during her early career, Fergie is now a staple artist on the radio airwaves.

She married her longtime boyfriend, actor Josh Duhamel, in early 2009 in a traditional Catholic ceremony held in Malibu, Calif. Their first child, son Axl, was born in 2013.

Fergie filed for divorce from Duhamel in 2019 after eight years of marriage.
