
Ben Hollingsworth
Benjamin “Ben” Hollingsworth grew up in Canada, where he studied at the National Theatre School of Canada. After graduating in 2006, he pursued a career in acting, appearing on episodes of Trapped, Heartland, CSI: Miami, The Tomorrow People and more.
His big TV break came in 2015 when he landed the role of Dr. Mario Savetti on Code Black. The show lasted three seasons, ending in 2018. Hollingsworth followed up the series with Virgin River. He’s played Dan Brady on the Netflix series since 2019.
The actor joined the Hallmark Channel family in 2013 with a role on Signed, Sealed, Delivered. His first rom-com for the network came one year later. Hollingsworth has since starred in hits such as A Splash of Love, The Santa Summit, An Easter Bloom and Deck the Halls on Cherry Lane.
Hollingsworth was romantically linked to Nina Dobrev from 2006 to 2009. The pair costarred on one episode of Degrassi: The Next Generation together in 2008 before parting ways. Hollingsworth moved on with lingerie designer Nila Myers, whom he wed in November 2012. The couple share three children, sons Hemingway and Gatsby and daughter Juniper.
