Bobbi Kristina Brown
Bobbi Kristina Brown was the only child of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. She appeared on the reality show Being Bobby Brown, covering her mother’s song “I’m Your Baby Tonight.” Bobbi intended to follow in her mother’s footsteps as a singer and also started an acting career, appearing as Tina in Tyler Perry’s For Better or Worse in 2012.
In 2013, Bobbi announced her engagement to family friend Nick Gordon. The couple announced their marriage in 2014, but the union wasn’t legal.
In January 2015, Gordon and a friend found Bobbi facedown in a bathtub in their home. Bobbi was placed in a medically induced coma and died nearly six months later at age 22. Gordon was found legally responsible for her death after failing to appear in court in 2016 and was ordered to pay over $36 million in damages.
