Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo is a Portuguese professional soccer player known for his record-breaking goal scoring and success with multiple top clubs. Born in Madeira, Portugal, Ronaldo grew up in a working-class family as the youngest of four children. He joined Sporting CP’s youth academy at 12 and left school at a young age to focus on his career in football.

Ronaldo’s rise to fame began when he signed with Manchester United in 2003, winning multiple titles and championships in his first season. In 2009, he joined Real Madrid for a then–world record transfer fee, winning four Champions League titles and becoming the club’s all-time leading scorer. From 2018 to 2021, he played for Juventus before returning to Manchester United and eventually signing with Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League in 2023. He is also the captain and all-time top scorer of the Portugal national team, winning the 2016 UEFA European Championship and the 2019 UEFA Nations League.

Ronaldo began dating model Georgina Rodríguez in 2017, and the couple share children Cristiano Jr. (born in 2010), twins Eva and Mateo (born in 2017), daughter Alana Martina (born in 2017) and daughter Bella Esmeralda. They announced their engagement in August 2025.
