Guy Fieri is a celebrity chef, restaurateur and television personality. His culinary journey began in childhood, selling soft pretzels with his father. After working in the food industry as a teenager, he pursued a degree in hospitality management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and later studied cuisine in France.

Fieri co-founded the Tex-Mex chain Johnny Garlic’s in 1996, marking the start of his restaurant career. His television breakthrough came in 2006 when he won The Next Food Network Star, leading to his first show, Guy’s Big Bite. He hit it big in 2007 with Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, a hit series spotlighting local American eateries, which has earned multiple Emmy nominations and showcased over 1,300 establishments. He also hosts Guy’s Grocery Games, which premiered on Food Network in October 2013. Season 38 of the show is set to premiere in January 2025.

He has also published several cookbooks and manages a restaurant empire of over 80 locations worldwide.

In 2019, Fieri received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He has collaborated with Sammy Hagar to produce Santo Tequila and launched Flavortown Kitchen, a virtual dining concept with numerous locations.
