Kym Johnson

Kym Johnson is a professional ballroom dancer best known for her appearances on Dancing With the Stars in both the U.S. and Australia. Born in Sydney, Australia, Johnson began dancing at age 3 and started ballroom training at 13. She studied dance professionally and quickly rose through the competitive ranks in Australia.

She first gained national attention on Dancing With the Stars Australia, where she appeared for three seasons and won during the second with partner Tom Williams. Johnson first appeared on the U.S. version of DWTS in season 3 and remained on the show for over 15 seasons. Known for her precise technique and strong choreography, Johnson became a fan favorite and also served as a judge on DWTS Australia.

Her other notable TV appearances include Celebrity Apprentice Australia and Entertainment Tonight. She released a fitness DVD series and authored The 5-6-7-8 Diet (2016), a wellness book combining diet and dance-inspired fitness tips.

Johnson married her DWTS season 20 partner, Robert Herjavec, in 2016. The couple welcomed twins Hudson and Haven in 2018.
