Marcia Cross
The prim-and-proper face behind Desperate Housewives began her career on daytime dramas like The Edge of the Night and One Life to Live, but Marcia Cross hit fame as fan-favorite Dr. Kimberly Shaw on Melrose Place.
Years later, she followed up with the show Everwood, and has cemented her icy beauty-queen reputation as Bree Van De Kamp on Desperate Housewives. For her portrayal, Cross was nominated for a 2007 Best Actress Golden Globe.
Cross had twins with husband Tom Mahoney, a stockbroker, whom she has been married to since June 2006.
Previously, she had a long-term relationship with film and stage actor Richard Jordan, which ended when he passed away in 1993.
