Nick Carter

Nick Carter has been a heartthrob since the Backstreet Boys released their self-titled debut album in 1996. The boy band released hit albums Millennium (1999) and Black & Blue (2000) before going on a two-year hiatus. They regrouped and released 2005’s Never Gone along with This Is Us (2009), In a World Like This (2013) and their first Christmas album, A Very Backstreet Christmas (2022).

Carter pursued a solo career and released albums including Now or Never (2002), I’m Taking Off (2011), a collaborative album with Jordan Knight titled Nick & Knight (2014) and All American (2015). Carter also appeared alongside his siblings on the E! reality series House of Carters in 2006. He later starred on the VHI reality show I Heart Nick Carter with his now-wife, Lauren Kitt, which centered around the planning of their 2014 wedding. The couple welcomed son Odin in 2016 and daughters Saoirse and Pearl in 2019 and 2021, respectively.

The musician has experienced ups and downs throughout his career, including multiple arrests. He was accused of sexual assault in 2017, 2022 and 2023, with the alleged victims claiming the incidents occurred years prior. He denied the accounts, and in 2023, filed a lawsuit against two of his accusers claiming to be the victim of extortion and defamation.
