About
Portia De Rossi is an Australian actress best known for starring as Nelle Porter on Ally McBeal, which earned her a SAG Award in 1999, and as Lindsay Bluth Fünke on Arrested Development. De Rossi has also starred on the series Scandal from 2014 to 2017 and on Nip/Tuck from 2007 to 2009.
De Rossi was previously married to filmmaker Mel Metcalfe from 1996 to 1999. She dated director Francesca Gregorini from 2000 to 2004. De Rossi moved on with comedian and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, tying the knot in 2008.
