Rebecca Black is an American singer and social media personality.
Black rose to fame in February 2011 when her debut single, “Friday,” went viral on YouTube to mixed reviews when she was only 14. That same year, Black won a Teen Choice Award for Choice Web Star.
As Black grew up, she continued pursuing music and released her debut album, Let It Burn, in 2023. She has also dropped four EPs, including 2025’s Salvation. In addition to music, Black is also known for her YouTube videos detailing her music and entertainment career.
It was announced in February 2025 that Black would serve as the opening act of Katy Perry’s Lifetimes Tour.
As for her personal life, Black publicly came out as queer in 2020.
