Stella McCartney

Stella McCartney is a British fashion designer and the daughter of Beatles singer Paul McCartney and photographer Linda McCartney. Stella spent much of her early life in England and studied at Ravensbourne University London before graduating from Central Saint Martins in 1995.

Stella launched her career with a high-profile graduation collection modeled by Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Yasmin Le Bon, which quickly gained industry attention. In 1997, she was appointed creative director of Chloé in Paris, where she was credited with revitalizing the brand. She left in 2001 to launch her own fashion house in partnership with the Gucci Group.

She has designed collections under her own name as well as collaborations with Adidas, H&M, and Gap Kids. Her designs have been worn by celebrities and royals, including Meghan Markle and Kate Hudson. The designer was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2013 for her services to the fashion industry.

Stella tied the knot with publisher Alasdhair Willis in 2003. The couple share four children: Miller (born in 2005), Bailey (born in 2006), Beckett (born in 2008) and Reiley (born in 2010).
