About

Zara Tindall (Zara Anne Elizabeth Phillips) is a British equestrian and member of the royal family, known for her accomplishments in eventing and as the daughter of Princess Anne. Tindall spent her childhood in London, England, raised on her family’s Gatcombe Park estate. She attended Gordonstoun School in Scotland before studying physiotherapy at the University of Exeter.

Tindall pursued a career in equestrian sports, following in her mother’s footsteps, and rose to prominence as one of Great Britain’s top event riders. She won a silver medal at the 2012 London Olympics as part of the British eventing team and has also claimed victories at the European Eventing Championships and European World Championships, establishing herself as a leading figure in the sport.

In addition to her athletic career, Tindall has continued to appear at major royal events over the years. Though she does not hold a royal title, she remains a visible member of the royal family and is known for balancing her sporting career with various public appearances.

She married former rugby player Mike Tindall in July 2011. The couple share three children: Mia (born in 2014), Lena (born in 2018) and Lucas (born in 2021).
