Cara Maria Sorbello

Cara Maria Sorbello is a reality television personality best known for her multiple appearances and championship wins on MTV’s The Challenge. Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Sorbello studied psychology in college and later trained in art, horseback riding and boxing before stepping into the world of reality TV.

She made her debut on The Challenge: Fresh Meat II in 2010 and quickly became a fan favorite for her competitive drive and resilience. Over the years, she appeared in more than a dozen seasons of the franchise, including Battle of the Exes, Rivals, Bloodlines, Vendettas and War of the Worlds 2. She earned her first championship win on Vendettas in 2018 and is recognized as one of the most accomplished female competitors in the show’s history.

Sorbello was in a long-term relationship with fellow Challenge competitor Abram Boise, which ended in 2016. She later began dating costar Paulie Calafiore in 2018 and dated for seven years before calling it quits.
