Demi Burnett is a reality TV personality best known for appearing on The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise. Burnett was raised in Red Oak, Texas, and later graduated from Texas State University with a degree in communications.

Burnett made her television debut on Season 23 of The Bachelor in 2019, where she competed for Colton Underwood’s heart. Her outspoken personality made her a standout contestant. She later joined the cast of Bachelor in Paradise Season 6, where she made franchise history by being part of its first same-sex couple after getting engaged to Kristian Haggerty during the finale. They ended their engagement later that year.

The reality TV star also appeared on The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart and returned for Bachelor in Paradise Season 7. She has since made guest appearances on various reality shows and podcast interviews, often discussing her personal growth, sexuality and advocacy for autism awareness following her own diagnosis in February 2022.

After her breakup with Haggerty, she briefly dated Slater Davis in 2020.
