Eric Decker

Eric Decker is a former NFL wide receiver and reality TV personality best known for his football career and time starring on the E! series Eric & Jessie: Game On. Decker grew up in Cold Spring, Minnesota, where he played football, basketball and baseball. He went on to play college football and baseball at the University of Minnesota and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications in 2009.

Decker was selected by the Denver Broncos in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft. He gained recognition for his performance during the 2012 and 2013 seasons, recording over 1,000 receiving yards each year and helping lead the team to Super Bowl XLVIII. He later signed with the New York Jets in 2014, followed by brief stints with the Tennessee Titans and New England Patriots before announcing his retirement from the sport in 2018.

In addition to his football career, he appeared on the E! reality series Eric & Jessie: Game On alongside his wife Jessie James Decker, a country singer and fashion entrepreneur. The show ran from 2013 to 2017 and gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at their family life as newlyweds.

Decker tied the knot with Jessie in 2013. The couple share children Vivianne (born in 2014), Eric Jr. (born in 2015), Forrest (born in 2018) and Denver (born in 2024).
