G-Eazy

G-Eazy (real name Gerald Earl Gillum) is a rapper from Oakland, California. The musician started out as a record producer before stepping up to the microphone and singing on his own tracks, beginning with 2012’s Must Be Nice.

His career took off after the release of his major-label debut album, These Things Happen, in June 2014, three years after he released The Endless Summer mixtape. The “I Mean It” rapper followed up the record with 2015’s When It’s Dark Out and 2017’s The Beautiful & Damned.

Two years later, he starred in Hustlers, before dropping his fifth album, Everything’s Strange Here, in June 2020. He later teased that his sixth record, These Things Happen Here, will come out in 2021.

G-Eazy made headlines in summer 2017 for his relationship with singer Halsey, whom he dated on and off for more than one year before splitting in October 2018.

The “Hate the Way” rapper then dated Ashley Benson, beginning in May 2020 following her breakup with Cara Delevingne. Us Weekly confirmed in February 2021 that the Pretty Little Liars alum and G-Eazy had called it quits.
