Gleb Savchenko

Gleb Savchenko is a Russian-born dancer and choreographer known for his appearances on Dancing With the Stars in the U.S. and Australia as well as on Strictly Come Dancing in the U.K. and So You Think You Can Dance in Ukraine. He began dancing at age 8 and later earned a master’s degree in choreography from the Russian Theater Arts University. Throughout his DWTS tenure, Savchenko has worked with various celebrities, including Lisa Vanderpump, Chrishell Stause and Jana Kramer.

He married fellow dancer Elena Samodanova in 2006, and they share two daughters, Olivia (born in 2016) and Zlata (born in 2017). The couple separated in 2020, citing co-parenting as a priority after their divorce.

Following the split, Savchenko briefly dated actress Cassie Scerbo before dating model Elena Belle from 2021 to 2024. In season 33 of DWTS he was linked to dance partner Brooks Nader; however, they split in October 2024 shortly after their elimination. They confirmed that they were back together the following December. Us confirmed in April 2025 that Savchenko and Nader split for a second time.
