Leslie Mann

Leslie Mann is a screen and voice actress. Mann graduated high school in California and briefly attended college before dropping out to move to Los Angeles and pursue acting full time.

The actress was very quickly able to find her footing in Hollywood, appearing in a handful of commercials before landing her first big role as Robin Harris in the 1996 drama The Cable Guy. She ventured into TV shortly after, making appearances on Freaks and Geeks and Modern Family.

Throughout her career, Mann has starred in blockbusters such as husband Judd Apatow’s The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005) and Knocked Up (2007), the latter in which she acted alongside daughters Maude Apatow and Iris Apatow. She reprised her Knocked Up role in the sequel This Is 40 (2012), earning her a Critics’ Choice Movie nomination for Best Actress in a Comedy. She’s also had starring roles in The Other Woman (2014) and Blockers (2018).

Mann has also lent her voice to a number of projects, including Rio (2011), Mr. Peabody and Sherman (2014) and The Croods: A New Age (2020).

In 2022, Mann played the role of Lauren Van Chance in the Netflix comedy The Bubble (2022), directed by Judd and costarring daughter Iris.

Mann and Judd tied the knot in 1997 after meeting on the set of The Cable Guy (1996). The two share daughters Maude (born in 1997) and Iris (born in 2002).
