About
The daughter of musician Phil Collins and Jill Tavelman, Lily Collins moved to Los Angeles from the United Kingdom at age 6 following her parents’ divorce. Her breakout performance in 2009’s The Blind Side was followed by leading roles in Abduction (2011), Mirror Mirror (2012), Stuck in Love (2012), The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones (2013) and Love, Rosie (2014).
Lily garnered critical acclaim for her performance in Rules Don’t Apply (2016), and she also starred in To the Bone (2016), Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile (2019) and Mank (2020).
Lily further cemented her celeb status when she was cast as the titular character on Netflix’s romantic comedy series Emily in Paris, which premiered in 2020.
The actress was romantically linked to costars Taylor Lautner, Zac Efron and Jamie Campbell Bower. Lily married writer and director Charlie McDowell in September 2021 after two years of dating.
Lily and Charlie welcomed daughter Tove June via surrogate in January 2025.
