Madison LeCroy first appeared on Southern Charm during season 6 in 2019 when she started dating cast member Austen Kroll. The pair dated on and off until splitting for good in December 2020. Prior to becoming a reality star, LeCroy was a hair and makeup stylist and owned a salon in Charleston.

LeCroy was previously married to Josh Hughes from 2010 to late 2015. They share son Hudson, who was born in November 2012. LeCroy was linked to Jay Cutler in January 2021 amid his divorce from Kristin Cavallari. She later made headlines for detailing her alleged FaceTime relationship with Alex Rodriguez, who was engaged to Jennifer Lopez at the time.

LeCroy moved on with Brett Randle, and the couple tied the knot in November 2022. LeCroy confirmed in February 2025 that she was pregnant with her second child, her first with Randle. The couple welcomed their daughter, Teddi, in June 2025.
