Peter Facinelli

Peter Facinelli is known for several notable television programs, including Fastlane, Six Feet Under and Damages. In 2008, he gained a new legion of fans when he won the role of Dr. Carlisle Cullen in Twilight, playing the vampire father of Robert Pattinson‘s character in all five films of the franchise, which ended in 2012.

The actor had a role on the hit Showtime series Nurse Jackie as Dr. Fitch Cooper from 2009 to 2015. He also had recurring roles on Supergirl, Glee and S.W.A.T. He has appeared in many films, including Running With the Devil (2019), The F**k-It List (2020), God Save the Queens (2022) and The Unbreakable Boy (2025).

Early in his career,Facinelli starred in the TV movie The Price of Love opposite 90210 alum Jennie Garth. The two began dating while filming, and in 2001, the couple exchanged vows. They finalized their divorce in 2013.

Facinelli and Garth coparent their three daughters: Luca Bella (born in 1997), Lola Ray (born in 2002) and Fiona Eve (born in 2006).

Us Weekly confirmed in December 2020 that Facinelli proposed to Lily Anne Harrison. The Hallmark actress announced in June 2022 that they were expecting their first child together, and son Jack was born in September 2022.
