Mike “The Miz” Mizanin

Mike “The Miz” Mizanin is a professional wrestler and television personality known for his work with WWE. Mizanin grew up in Parma, Ohio and briefly studied business at Miami University in Ohio.

The wrestler left school after being cast to the reality TV show The Real World: Back to New York (2001), where he made a name for himself as a brash and outspoken personality. He used the exposure to transition into professional wrestling, signing with WWE in 2004. He adopted the stage name The Miz and became a main roster star in the late 2000s, quickly gaining attention with his cocky demeanor and sharp mic skills. He went on to win multiple WWE championships, including the WWE Championship in 2010.

In addition to his wrestling career, The Miz has appeared in a variety of television shows and movies. He starred in The Marine 3: Homefront (2013) and its sequels, and he has made guest appearances on shows like Dancing with the Stars. He later appeared on The Miz & Mrs., a reality series chronicling life with his wife, from 2018 to 2022.

The Miz tied the knot with Maryse Ouellet, a fellow WWE star, in 2014. The couple has two daughters: Monroe Sky (born in 2018) and Madison (born in 2019).
