Jen Affleck

Jennifer “Jen” Affleck is a reality TV personality and influencer known for Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Jen was raised in the Bay Area of California and moved to Utah as a teenager. She met her husband, Zac Affleck, at 18 through the Mormon dating app Mutual, and they wed the following year.

Jen first gained attention for being a member of a group of Mormon TikTok moms known as MomTok. She went on to amass over 1.8 million followers on TikTok, and her candid content about family life and Mormon values led to her casting in The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, which premiered on Hulu in September 2024. The show quickly became Hulu’s most-watched unscripted premiere of the year.

She appeared on season 2 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, which premiered in May 2025. She went on to join season 34 of Dancing With the Stars later that year.

She welcomed her first child, daughter Nora, with Zac in November 2021. The couple welcomed their second child, son Luca, in 2023 and, in February 2025, she announced they were expecting their third child. Daughter Penelope was born in July 2025.
