When Jen Schefft won over Andrew Firestone‘s heart in season three of The Bachelor, Schefft won over the hearts of America, too.
After a short courtship, Firestone and Schefft split leading to her star in 2005’s The Bachelorette. After a tumultuous season of ups and downs, Schefft decided to walk away single after turning down two marriage proposals.
In 2007, she released a book titled Better Single Than Sorry: A No-Regrets Guide to Loving Yourself and Never Settling.
Schefft married fellow Chicagoan Joe Waterman in May 2009. The couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Mae Elizabeth, in November 2010.
