About
Born on July 20, 1969 in San Jose, Calif., actor Josh Holloway spent the majority of his childhood and teen years in Georgia.
After attending one year at the University of Georgia, Holloway moved to Los Angeles to pursue modeling and acting.
He is most known for his role as James “Sawyer” Ford in the television phenomenon, Lost, which he earned after many unlucky years trying to book jobs. Since Lost’s premiere episode, Holloway has been viewed as one of the sexiest actors in Hollywood.
He married longtime girlfriend, Yessica Kumala, in October 2005, and the two welcomed a daughter, Java Kumala, in March 2009.
