Lindsay Arnold was a contestant on season 9 of So You Think You Can Dance in 2012 and finished in the top eight. She joined Dancing With the Stars in 2013 as a professional dancer and won the show in 2017 with actor Jordan Fisher. After 10 seasons, she announced her departure from the show in 2022. During her time on the series, Arnold performed with celebrities like Wanya Morris, Calvin Johnson Jr., DeMarcus Ware and Matt James.

Arnold married her high school sweetheart, Samuel Cusick, in 2015. The couple welcomed their first daughter, Sage, in 2020 and second daughter June in 2023.
