Marlon Wayans, an actor, comedian and writer, is the son of Howell and Elvira Wayans. Marlon attended the famed LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in New York City, later studying at Howard University for two years before dropping out to pursue a career in entertainment.

Marlon got his big break in the early 1990s when he joined the cast of the hit sketch comedy series In Living Color, created by his brother Keenen Ivory Wayans. He first hit the big screen in the 1996 movie Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood, where he showcased his comedic talents alongside his brother Shawn Wayans. He later teamed up with Shawn for the successful Scary Movie franchise and White Chicks, which made them household names.

The actor also had his own NBC sitcom, Marlon (2017-2018), and ventured into standup comedy with his Netflix special Marlon Wayans: You Know What It Is (2018).

In his personal life, Marlon was previously in a long term relationship with Angelica Zachary from 1992 to 2013. The exes share two children, Kai (born in 2000) and Shawn (born in 2002).
