
Rob Schneider
Rob Schneider is a comedian, actor and director best known for his work on Saturday Night Live. Schneider was raised in San Francisco, California, where he began pursuing stand-up comedy. He later attended San Francisco State University before pursuing a career in comedy.
Schneider began his stand-up career opening for acts like Dennis Miller and Jay Leno. In 1988, he joined the writing staff of Saturday Night Live, later becoming a featured player in 1990. On SNL, he became known for characters like the Richmeister and was a frequent collaborator of comedians like Chris Farley and David Spade.
After leaving SNL, Schneider transitioned to film, starring in comedies including The Animal (2001), The Hot Chick (2002), Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo (2005) and The Wrong Missy (2020). He has also appeared in several Adam Sandler films, including The Waterboy (1998), 50 First Dates (2004) and Grown Ups (2010).
In 2015, he created and starred on the Netflix series Real Rob, which ran until 2017.
Schneider was previously married to London King, and the pair share daughter Elle King (born in 1989). He moved on with television producer Patricia Azarcoya Arce in 2011. The couple have two daughters: Miranda (born in 2012) and Madeline (born in 2016).
