Sabrina Carpenter

Sabrina Carpenter is a singer, songwriter and actress known for her breakout role on Girl Meets World and hit songs like “Feather” and “Espresso.” Born and raised in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, Carpenter was homeschooled and began posting singing videos on YouTube at a young age. She placed third in The Next Miley Cyrus Project, a singing contest run by Miley Cyrus, when she was 10.

Carpenter made her acting debut in 2011 on Law & Order: SVU, later appearing on The Goodwin Games. She rose to fame starring as Maya Hart on Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World from 2014 to 2017. During that time, she signed with Hollywood Records and released her debut album, Eyes Wide Open, in 2015.

She has since released multiple albums including EVOLution (2016), Singular: Act I (2018), Singular: Act II (2019) and Emails I Can’t Send (2022), which features the viral singles “Nonsense” and “Feather.” In 2024, she released the chart-topping hit “Espresso” and joined Taylor Swift as an opening act for select Eras Tour dates. Carpenter has also appeared in films like The Hate U Give (2018), Clouds (2020) and Emergency (2022).

She has been romantically linked to several celebrities, including Bradley Steven Perry and Shawn Mendes. In 2023, she was first publicly seen with actor Barry Keoghan, and the two later confirmed their relationship in early 2024 before splitting later that year.
